Create Your Profile

Creating your online profile is easy. We just need basic information like where you’ve been living and working. We will also need some identifying information like your name, email, social security number and date of birth. With this basic information we can create your online profile where you can upload your documents.


Provide Documents

When applying for a mortgage, the underwriting team does need to verify your identity, income, and assets. In order to do that, we need your:

  • Government-issued ID
  • Bank statements
  • Pay stubs
  • W2 forms

If applying for financing for a new purchase, we will need your fully executed purchase contract as well.


E-Sign Full Application

With the information and documents provided by you, we now have your completed application. The completed application along with some federal and state disclosures just needs to be e-signed by you and any other applicants on the loan. Once e-signed, the application can move over to our underwriting team.


Loan Sent to Underwriting & Reviewed by Lender

Whether we are underwriting in-house or using one of our lender partners, the underwriter reviews all the documentation provided to make sure everything checks out. Part of the underwriting process is to request a property title report and appraisal report if required. There will also be some third-party checks which will be seamless to you.



Now for the best part! After reviewing and acknowledging the Closing Disclosure, you are ready for closing! The closing process can be done virtually or in person, depending on state regulations, and takes about 60 minutes to sign the documents.
